From testing the resilience of a 20-foot kite logo sign atop a building in hurricane-force winds to engineering electrical systems for an uplifting cloud art installation for ailing children, I excel in visualizing and executing projects that defy conventional limits. Currently serving as National Director, Creative Portfolio Strategy at HCA Healthcare, managing a substantial annual paid media budget, I lead a dynamic team overseeing strategic service line campaigns across 186 hospitals and 2,400+ sites of care. My expertise lies in integrating closely with diverse teams — including design, video, content and digital — to optimize campaign efficiency across both paid and non-paid media channels and achieve business goals.

Interior Design

With a constant penchant for design, I extend my creativity beyond the workplace to reimagine interior spaces. Alongside my husband, a mechanical engineer (and my intellectual opposite!), I indulge in transforming residential properties during our off-hours. Together, we’ve revitalized and sold three homes, currently embarking on our fourth project. While interior design fuels my passion for innovating, it also serves as a vital creative outlet amidst my career’s evolution towards leadership, mentoring and coaching. Balancing these roles allows me to channel my design expertise into strategic problem-solving meanwhile strengthening my partnership at home and providing the ultimate work-life balance.
