Live Your Healthy

MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Live Your Healthy

Comprehensive general awareness campaign designed to scale across numerous service lines, various service level offerings, and reach 12 distinct markets, catering to a diverse array of target demographics, meanwhile consolidating creative and print services to one centralized operational model

01

The Business Challenge.

The campaign’s objective was to enhance overall awareness spotlighting service lines, service level offerings, quality and facility differentiators across 12 distinct markets. Our goal was to create cohesive messaging and visuals that would effectively promote a wide range of service lines, resonate with diverse markets, and appeal to various target demographics – all while centralizing creative services from 12 individual teams to one consolidated team.

02

The Creative.

Brainstorming sessions initially focused on exploring the motivations that drive patients to cherish life. We compiled a comprehensive list, ranging from everyday activities to profound milestones like witnessing grandchildren or achieving academic goals. This foundational exploration inspired a collection of uplifting messaging and complementary photography, forming a compelling narrative to showcase how our services empower individuals to ‘Live Your Healthy,’ enabling them to pursue and achieve lifelong aspirations.

03

The Results.

While achieving increased awareness scores and meeting all business goals across multiple markets, our greatest achievement was uniting as a newly centralized team.

As Creative Director, I swiftly cultivated relationships with key stakeholders to support our new creative operational system and reporting matrix. Collaborating closely with the AVP of Content and Creative, we identified and streamlined over 50 freelancers, agencies and vendors, optimizing resources and implementing a consolidated budget for a centralized workflow tool. We leveraged best practices from other divisions and industries and as a result of our research, established quality benchmarks for internal designers and conducted a roadshow to address field team challenges, fostering stronger relationships.

In our first six months, we:
– Implemented a phased onboarding approach and standardized asset naming conventions.
– Adopted a DAM tool and automated processes for efficiency.
– Rolled out a new workflow tool, training teams and conducting quarterly feedback surveys.
– Achieved significant operational savings, reduced project and design turnaround times and streamlined administrative hours.

Subsequently, we continued to save an average of $250k annually on creative expenses and maintained a 14/15 average customer feedback score. However, our most significant success was achieving exemplary work-life balance through optimized resources and enhanced technological capabilities, enabling us to truly ‘Live Our Healthy’.”
